Getting information about Healthy Vending Solutions should be fun and easy to get to. This client we worked in partnership with an SEO firm to accomplish sending the right message. This WordPress Website uses our Ignition Plugin that allows them to make easy updates to their website. We worked with the graphic designer to create an simple, healthy, down to earth website. This website captures information for the client to contact potential companies that would like a healthier vending machine solution for their employees.

Some of my clients love their old flash website. What is not to love about beautiful furniture presented in a slideshow? As a WordPress Developer I like to leverage the SEO that is built into wordpress and add a few plugins to make the job even easier for my clients. When I develop a site I say “How can I make this easy for the client to add content later?”, “How do I allow them to add content and SEO without thinking about how everything works together?” I like my clients to be successful. A beautiful site is just for starters.

This site has four flash videos. I created a landing page template for each video and added content to hold up the flash video.  The wordpress template does all the flash magic and the client cannot change it, or break it. They can however add new pages using any of the landing page templates created for them or use the default one.

Keyword density. The articles are written so that the keywords the client wanted are used multiple times, used in the title of the article and linked from the homepage. You should use the keywords naturally and a few times in your post, page or article. You should write articles with at least 400 words with the keyword you want for the landing page.

Call to action. The client wanted three very clear call to action buttons. We embedded these into the flash banner re-created for the client. We took the original flash the client had designed and split it into 4 separate files. This reduces load time, as you do not have to load all 4 sections for the movie for each page that you go to, only the section you are watching.

What flash content does google read ? As Google starts reading more and more flash the text in the flash will be parsed for the search engines. We made sure that the text in the flash would be parsed in a way that was beneficial to the clients keywords if that feature becomes available. Check out http://woodsmythschicago.com
